Project: Reconstructing the evolution of wild roses using molecular markers.

Research experience and technical skills                                   

Field collection: voucher preparation and sampling for molecular studies.

Morphology: Floral dissection and character scoring.

Molecular Techniques: DNA purification, amplification, cloning and sequencing.

Data analysis: sequence processing, editing and alignment (Bioedit, Editseq, Sequencher, Megalign, ClustalX), phylogeny (PAUP, MrBayes, Nonna), molecular dating (r8s), biogeography (TreeFitter, DIVA).

Other softwares: Treeview, TeeEdit, Word, Excel, Adobe illustrator, Endnote.

Languages: French (first language), English (fluent), German (basic knowledge), Chinese (basic knowledge).
