Education and Appointments:

Hui Li, PhD, an associate professor of Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CIB, CAS). I am mainly engaged in the study of rice molecular biology, genetics and breeding, as well as demonstration and promotion of hybrid rice technology in the ‘Belt and Road’ countries. My primary research interests focus on the molecular regulatory mechanism of rice grain shape, quality and stress tolerance, as well as breeding utilization
